is a French-American soprano currently working in Germany. Lauren made her German debut at the Staatstheater Nürnberg as Shelley in Anna Nicole. She then went on to perform the leading role of Ann Darrow in the world premiere of The True Story of King Kong at the Theater Magdeburg. Next season, she will join the ensemble of the Wiener Volksoper as one of its youngest members in history.
Lauren has won awards in several prestigious competitions, including First Place and Audience Favorite in the AIMS Meistersinger Competition, First Place in the National MTNA Young Artist Voice Competition, and Second Place in the student category of the Orpheus Competition.
Outside of her specialty in contemporary English-language opera, some of Lauren's most prominent opera roles include Susanna (Mozart), Giannetta (Donizetti), Pamina (Mozart), and Beth (Adamo).
Lauren received her B.M. in Vocal Performance from the Blair School of Music at Vanderbilt University. She studied with Amy Jarman.
